Please note that leave of absence in school term time for holidays, family celebrations etc will not be authorised.
It is not an entitlement to take a holiday in term time.
This is in line with Wingfield Learning Community Partnership policy and DFE guidelines.
Parents who take children on holiday in term time may be subject to a fine of £60-£120 per child/per adult.
Please make any non-urgent appointments for your child to visit the doctor or dentist either after school or during the school holidays. We understand that hospital appointments cannot be arranged as easily. Please bring your appointment card when collecting your child for any appointments. We request that you do not collect your child early from school unless it is absolutely unavoidable.
