School Complaints Procedure

Please talk to us if you have any worries or concerns. There are always members of staff on the door each morning, and staff are available at hometime. An appointment can be made to see the Headteacher if there is something you would like to discuss in confidence.

Any formal complaints may be made using the Complaints Policy, which is attached below.

The Complaint Procedure policy is being updated with NCLT and in consultation at the moment.
